As I was driving to work the installer called me saying he be their… Read more The products are excellent. Looks great glad I put new doors on my garage. I did not like the installer even though I never met him. As I was driving to work the installer called me saying he be their on time. (Great) He mentioned did the salesmen mention things needed to be moved awat from the garage door opener tracks, I said no. He asked whos at the house now. I said my father. the installer replied call him and let him know about moving stuff. I said no he is 80 years old we need to do this another time I replied. The installer replied well if the sales man didnt mention maybe nothing needs to be moved. So he Came. Products work fine but then he dumped all the trash in my recyle bin and closed the lid. Later that night I took out the recyle not noticing his trash was in it. The next day recyle never took my recyles because trash was in the bin. At the end the installer was given to credit card infomation to pay for the two doors and openers. A few weeks pass and I get a bill form the company. Never found out what happened to the information I gave the installer. To be safe I canceled the card.

Jamie and his crew did a wonderful job installing our replacement garage door. I will certainly re4ccomend them to family and freinds.

Wayne, sorry you didn't feel you received proper treatment with your purchase. The salesmen do tell customers that they will get a call from the office with a date and do give an estimated time frame. When a deposit is taken it is reiterated that when everything is ready, SOMEONE IN THE OFFICE will call with an install date. In addition, if a customer has an email address, a timeline letter is sent out, restating the time involved in the process. Somewhere along the line, communication failed and I apologize.You are the best!
