However the accounting /billing office has no clue what is going on. After several invoices, no sign of my deposit, over charges by
$300 +/-, and several apologies it finally got straightened out. When we stopped in to pay it still took a phone call to figure out what was due. CONTINUED BELOW

William, Thank you for your honest review. We do apologize for the time that it took to correct your issue. We have deployed new tablets to each Technician/Installer with a new processing system and we have had to work through a few integration glitches. We hope that these are corrected for a more fluid payment process for our customers.

He was here installing the door until after dark. He was very professional, neat and thorough. The new door makes a big difference. I recommend this company without hesitation.

The price was reasonable, the service was excellent and the product works well. We have recommended that other owners in our condo group use Door Systems to repair or replace their garage doors and I believe they share our views of the quality of your work.
