When I called to ask about the technician's timing, as it was outside the arrival window I was given and I had taken some time off work, Paula was professional, considerate and assured me she would look into the arrival time. The representative who called me back, not from the Framingham office, was abrupt and rude. The technician, Abimal, finally arrived. He was friendly and did a great job.

Had a minor issue with install, but Bruno was communicative and got it fixed asap. Would definitely use this company again!
