When the installer arrived weeks later, we discovered that it would not be possible to fix our broken door with the proposed solution. This led to an additional 6-8 week delay while awaiting new parts. To make matters worse, we ended up initially being charged additional cost to address this error by the Sales Advisor. Throughout the whole process communication was poor.

The job was well done and we are satisfied with the performance of the new garage door.

The home office kept us informed on timing and when the doors and install team arrived the service and install was clean, efficient and high quality. I will recommend Door Systems to all my friends.

They arrived on time for the appointment we set up, sent us an estimate right away, and did the extra work needed to obtain a building permit from our town (which none of the other companies we had contacted seemed able to do).

The actual installer (John Smith) was excellent and went above and beyond, making sure the door was ready for action. Great communication from Bruno. Would highly recommend!
